We think the main Objective of this study is that to get earn practical knowledge about Spinning and Marketing and overview of different machinery and equipment’s and their improvement practices of various companies and our Spinning industries and observe the overall activity of LENZING FIBRE (Kaizen International pvt Ltd). which is the one of the biggest foreign company in Bangladesh.

1.2 The secret of success
One of the secrets of the success of Lenzing Modal is the raw material. At Lenzing, cellulose is specially extracted from beech wood for the production of Lenzing Modal and further processed at the factory. This is unique in the fiber industry. Lenzing produces its own pulp and has control of the overall production process – from wood to fiber. The raw material used, beech wood, contributes enormously towards the quality of Lenzing Modal and many of the characteristic properties that make the fiber so exquisite.
